One day at the age of 12, a young girl named ‘Ash Soto’ was diagnosed with vitiligo. The young girl was embarrassed about her vitiligo outbreak after one day a young lady asked her if she was bleaching. Today, she is 21 years old and does not even think about this embarrassment anymore. She is enjoying her skin color and living a good life.
Now she is using her body for various works of art. The famous Van Gogh’s Starry Night art was also included for her body. She made a decision in her teenage years that she would no longer allow her body color to stop her from pursuing her goals and objectives. She began to challenge herself and overcome them. These included avoiding long-sleeved shirts when going out. After she overcame these many obstacles, her body became an art gallery that was used for various works of art as mentioned earlier. Soto once gushed to the Daily Mail “it helped a lot to bring out and show the different colors of my body”. And she also said that “I never realized how beautiful my vitiligo was until I traced it with a black marker”. She has no intention of stopping these activities again. What she once thought of as a hindrance has now become something to be cherished in her life.
The age of 12, a young girl named ‘Ash Soto’ was diagnosed with vitiligo.
It is a very rare disease that spreads white and loss pigments all over the body.
As a teenager, Ash’s vitiligo began to spread throughout her body and she began to be teased by others.
One day a young lady asked her if she had bleaching and she was too shy to show any part of the body in public.
Soto said, “I started crying a lot when I heard about it because I couldn’t take it anymore.”
Anyway, Ash pushed herself to do some things in his late teens. It included going out with short-sleeves shirts.
