Niki Antram became the mother of a baby boy named Jimmy when she was seventeen years old. She made a promise to Jimmy at the time that she would provide him with the best life she could, despite the fact that Jimmy was disabled. And, yes, she has followed through on her promise, having spent years traveling the world with Jimmy [now 26] strapped to her back. Niki had even begun planning their next trip to Canada when COVID struck, causing international borders to be closed indefinitely.

Jimmy, who has seen a lot of the world, was born with physical and mental disabilities, including blindness, & requires round-the-clock care from Niki [now 43] and his support workers. Niki, on the other hand, is concerned that she isn’t getting any younger and that it is becoming increasingly exhausting for her to carry Jimmy on her back during their adventures.

Nikki Antram, now 43 years old, is said to have given birth to her son Jimmy when she was just 17 years-old, according to reports.

Jimmy had a wheelchair, but Niki never took advantage of it; instead, she is content with carrying him when she is physically able and assisting him in walking for short distances on his own when he is unable to. Amazing photographs taken all over the world show Jimmy clinging to the side of the trail as they hike through mountains and rainforests. Niki creates a detailed itinerary and makes appointments with each location she intends to visit in advance.

It was unfortunate that Jimmy [now 26] was born with a physical disability and was a victim of blindness.
For all of this, Nikki is responsible for his care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and she never allows his difficulties to get in the way of his happiness.

In preparation for large family gatherings, I always make sure I have plenty of disposable diapers, clothing and even bed pads, sheets and pillowcases. I like to inform the companies about us even if I am confident that everything will be fine because I want to make sure that they understand and are comfortable with us being there,” Niki explained to Daily Mail Australia. She needed to say that there are times when they are unable to accommodate due to risks associated with Jimmy’s condition / logistical difficulties.
Nikki has carried him all over the world on her back, from Hawaii to Bali and many other locations throughout the world.

She revealed that the only exception to this rule was in Hawaii, where Jimmy was eagerly anticipated. In Niki’s opinion, she was fortunate that Jimmy shared her interests in that they both enjoyed the outdoors, the water, and adventure activities. In their little corner of Queensland paradise on the Sunshine Coast, the duo spends their days waking-up early and going for a bike ride. When they are not traveling, they enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Niki has practiced putting her son on her back, and she’s always ready to move him to new locations if the opportunity presents itself.
Niki and Jimmy live on the Sunshine-Coast, in a secluded corner of paradise in the heart of Queensland.
Niki would have prepared breakfast, fed Jimmy, dressed him for the day, and washed Jimmy’s sheets from the previous night before they left for their outing. Despite the fact that her schedule is exhausting, she is determined to provide Jimmy with the best life she can. If they’re training outdoors or having fun with sand or shells during the summer beach season, Jimmy pays attention to the sounds around him. Even during group fitness sessions, he keeps an ear to the ground to hear what is going on around him.
