And, while it has improved our comfort and entertainment, it has also increased our reliance on contemporary technology and social media. Not only is continuous online access conceivable, but it is also the de facto state for many.
It also brings one of the most recent societal problems – social media addiction. While it may seem unlikely, sadness, excessive life expectations, and negative body image are just a few of the adverse effects of social media. Additionally, because it is now acknowledged as a legitimate addiction, individuals can undertake a social media detox, reshaping their habits.
